Annie, YANG Oi-Lei has over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and management across France and Hong Kong. She holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from a French institution and is fluent in French, Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Her bicultural background gives her a deep understanding of both Western and Asian business environments and practices.
In France, Annie held senior roles including Chief Accountant, Financial Controller, and Sub-contractors Manager across a range of industries, building a solid operational and financial foundation.
In Hong Kong, prior to founding B&Y, she was Finance Manager for a HK based subsidiary where she set-up the accounting and finance department. Then, as Senior Consultant - Manager, she led the Business Management department of an International Consulting firm, which offered consulting, advisory & corporate management services to more than 50 European SMEs.
Jean-Philippe BEULQUE, has been based in Hong Kong for over 20 years, and combines a rare dual expertise in Industrialisation and Quality Methods. Over the course of his career, he has occupied strategic positions within multinational groups, with broad exposure to Sourcing, Product Development, Production, CSR and Quality. He has served successively as Buyer, Purchasing Office Manager and Operations Director.
Since 2019, Jean-Philippe has brought his extensive know-how to B&Y as Director - Senior Consultant. His work focuses on products development, sourcing, procurement as well as on the continuous improvement of quality and CSR processes, helping to drive both the operational performance and sustainable growth of the projects he undertakes.
